Alexandria has over 2 years of experience providing counseling to young adults and families. Her approach to counseling consists of utilizing CBT and DBT techniques which focuses on individuals evaluating negative thoughts and altering maladaptive behavior associated with those thoughts. Alexandria desires to build up the confidence of individuals so that they believe that recovery is not only a possibility but an actuality.
